We have found the most effective training method to be life skills, psychology based training programs. Employees are
trained in smaller groups or even individually. In-house on the job training is also forms a big part of our training
program. The 2 main areas of focus are:

* Job Specific Training
Areas that are covered are stress management, customer service, communication and anything that will assist the employee to perform his/her job more effectively.

* Employee Development
This area of training centres around equipping the employee with new skills that he/she would need for a promotion. Eg. Junior supervisor training.
