All goods are required to be correctly and securely packaged by the sender before acceptance by ourselves. In the event of a claim, if goods transported have not been correctly or adequately packaged no claim will be considered. Should our customers be unsure as to whether their goods are correctly packaged, it is suggested that they consult our staff.
